After many years of participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure, this year we ran to support our friend Angela Kerry. She has been our reseller since 2011 and was the inspiration behind the idea of direct sales and empowering women to change their lives. She’s been diagnosed with an aggressive form of Breast Cancer and has been forced to take a leave from her business. We dedicated this run and all of the month’s efforts to her.
This year, Henkaa proudly raised $2039 to donate to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation and the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

We had a beautiful pink candy buffet, a DIY froyo bar, a bake sale in our building and even chipped in donations to watch the Blue Jays playoff games in the office! We also have our generous customers to thank for purchasing Pink Dresses in October because those proceeds helped us reach our fundraising goal!
